This program can be tailored to be a one-day training program which reviews the concepts, core competencies, tools and methods for creative thinking and strategic planning, or is can be an all-encompassing three-day facilitated process with an output of an actual strategic plan and resolutions to multiple problems faced by managers, teams and the organization itself.
